Place: IN-VENT, Hanamal st. 28
Department: Information Systems
We are living today in an age of information overflow in which every day we need to process and understand huge amounts of data. Information visualization, using graphs and charts, is used in order to make it easier for us to analyze and understand this data. However, it is also makes it possible to manipulate and try to tell different stories through the data. How do designers lie through visualizations? How do you look at visualizations with a critical view? and can aesthetics be combined with correct data presentation?
